We had a wonderful experience at Hearsay’s. We were wowed by the decor and building when we walked in. They sat us on the second floor and we had such a great view. I ordered the buffalo shrimp for an appetizer. It was phenomenal! If you don’t like blue cheese they will replace it with ranch. My husband ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp and grits. There is a very large option of high dollar whiskey that my spouse indulged in. He loves a good whiskey paired with a cigar and Hearsay sells cigars. There is a beautiful outdoor patio to smoke cigars on. Alex was our amazing, wonderful, excellent server. We will be asking for him when we come back.
Loved the atmosphere of the restaurant, it's decor is classy and feel comfortable. It feels almost like fine dinning experience. The food was good, the steak was cooked a little more than I asked, but had amazing flavor. The cocktails were good, I do not think I received the happy hour discount. The overall price of the food is very comparable, I believe we got charged extra for something because our bill was higher than it should have been. It's our fault for not asking for an itemized receipt, we were in a rush to get to a movie. The food was good, so we will be back and give them an second chance! There's a small parking lot across the street.
Hearsay is fantastic! If you're looking for a place for a night out with a loved one, this is it. The food is top notch. It's an elevated menu without getting you too far out of your comfort zone. I definitely recommend it to everyone. Keep Downtown heading in the right direction Southeast Texas!
It was 4th of July and the restaurant was open and had a few people dining. Really nice place with great ambiance. Our server was great! We loved their food. The kids meals were big plates with a huge bowl of fruit with berries . Their fries were delicious. The calamari was our favorite, super saucy and crunchy.
They’ve done a great job with this location. The decor looks great inside and can’t wait to go back and sit at one of the patio spots! Food was good and drinks were great! Service wise they are still figuring some minor kinks out with the newly opened restaurant, but they were very much looking for feedback and correcting things as they saw them. Overall they were very nice and accommodating, so no complaints from us on that department. Recommend a visit!
The wait was short because we sat on the outside patio. If we would have sat indoors, the wait would have been 1 hour. The food was good and sitting outdoors was pleasant except for all of the flies. The food prices are a little pricey but expected for the upscale restaurant.
Talk about a beautiful experience. I loved everything about our date night here. We are guaranteed to visit again soon. I can not remember our server name, but he was awesome! The service was excellent from the time we entered all the way up until the time we left. It's a plus that you all stay open till 11pm during the week.
Went to the newly opened Hearsay Beaumont and I couldn’t be more impressed. Service was top notch - the kitchen was very accommodating to our preferences, and the friendly servers did a great job checking in every few minutes and responding to any questions we had about the menu and communicated well with the kitchen and bar. And if ambiance were currency, Hearsay Beaumont would be a Fortune 500. The wood paneling on the wall, the grand chandelier, the Edison bulbs, paired with a lot of natural light is such a killer combo. The downstairs patio with the water wall and beautiful landscaping will be seeing a lot of me this summer. I am truly excited about the future of Beaumont’s dining and nightlife scene.
